Dental Malpractice

Dental Malpractice

Dental malpractice is an area of law, that deals specifically with negligence of dentists.  In the past 20 years, I have successfully handled many different types of dental malpractice cases.  These cases have included the negligence of general dentists; oral surgeons; periodontists; orthodontists; and endodontists.  Typically, these cases involve:

    • nerve injuries;
    • implant injuries;
    • extraction injuries;
    • orthodontic injuries;
    • periodontal injuries;
    • crown and bridge injuries;
    • root canal injuries;
    • TMJ injuries;
    • lingual nerve injuries;
    • inferior alveolar nerve injuries;
    • anesthesia death;
    • failure to diagnose tongue cancer;
    • failure to diagnose floor of the mouth cancer;
    • failure to diagnose oral cancer;
    • failure to diagnose periodontal disease.

My unique background as a dentist, and a lawyer, has enabled me to successfully resolve dental malpractice cases in an expeditious manner. Because of my unique background I have been able to settle cases, without the need to file suit or go to court.

My most significant settlements and awards have involved cases involving injuries to the Trigeminal nerve.
